To exchange an item it must be of the same product category if not you will need to place a new order.

If an item sent for exchange is worn or damaged you will have to repay the item, there will be a an email contacting consumers for further discussion.

Exchange funds will be taken care of by absolve if we were mistaken in your order other than this reasoning you will be asked to pay another delivery deposit for the courier service.
